Orders

Orders will ship within 48 hours of purchase, pending availability. When your order ships, you will receive an email update. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully for damage. Try on your merchandise indoors to ensure it fits properly, taking care not to tear or scuff the product.
If receive a defective product you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Custome Made Orders

Please inquire about custom made orders (necklaces lengths, materials etc,) Timing and pricing will vary. Custom made orders can be cancelled only 48 hours of being placed. Customs made orders are non-returnable.
14 karat gold field pieces or products can also be available in 14 karat gold by special request. Allow us two weeks to process your order.

Shipping

When US Postal Priority mail is used, we can ship to a P.O. Box addresses. We are not responsible however for packages not received due to a lack of tracking number. The packages are insured for the value of the item.
When UPS is used, it goes through UPS express and therefore is not able to deliver to a P.O. Box addresses, nor offer Saturday delivery. The packages are insured for the value of the item.

Returns and Exchanges

Gabriela Artigas will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unaltered, non-sale items that are returned within 10-day period from the time you receive your order.
Any items returned after 10-day period from the time you receive your order are subject to a 50% restocking fee for a refund or store credit retail value of the item.

Jewelry after 30 is subject to store credit ONLY.

Sale Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for online store credit ONLY.

Refunds on non-sale merchandise will be made in the form of original payment(less shipping charges when applicable).*

Refunded items must include all original packing.

Please allow seven business days to process your request and refund your credit card. Note that most banks will take two to three additional business days to post the amount to your account. Exchanges will be re-shipped to customers free of charge by UPS ground service. Any additional returns/exchanges will be shipped in either direction at our posted rates.
Returns must be packed securely with sufficient packing materials and include a copy of the original invoice. In order to serve our customers better, please write us a brief explanation regarding the reason for your return.
If you return-ship a package using a carrier other than UPS, please obtain a tracking number. Gabriela Artigas is not accountable for any return that is lost, stolen, or mishandled by your shipping provider. Please insure your package. (UPS free return shipping labels are traceable.)

Once we received the returned package we will confirm you by e-mail.

We are sorry, but items purchased through other retail stores are neither non-returnable nor refundable to Gabriela Artigas. Please contact the store that you purchased your item at for their return policy.

International

We accept international orders and ship international via UPS Expedited. We accept PayPal, for more information about PayPal click here.
If an International package is refused upon delivery and returned to Gabriela Artigas, the customs and shipping cost associated with that return would be debited from the customer's refund.

Product Care

All of the Gabriela Artigas necklaces because of their weight and composing materials have to always lay flat.

Gabriela Artigas jewelry is made from very resistant materials but the unique stones and natural pieces used are very fragile and delicate , so they have to be handled with care.

All of the pieces come with special pillow for their own protection.

To clean metals such as gold, silver and cooper you should use products particular to the corresponding metal.
A damp cloth can be used to clean the rest of the materials.

Repair Policy

Due to the delicate nature of Gabriela Artigas jewelry, damage may occur during the lifetime of the piece.We are happy to repair your jewelry free of charge when damage occurs during the normal wear or when restringing is necessary. Some items may incur a repair fee when a stone or material is broken or if the purchase of your jewelry was more than a year ago.
