Orders

Pieces that are in stock will ship within 1-4 business days

Some of our pieces are custom made to order and require 2-4 weeks for production

Most in-stock orders ship on the Thursday following date of purchase. Pending availability.

An order placed on a holiday or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from our Studio in Los Angeles, CA. If items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of status and shipping date in the item description. Most backorders ship within 2-6 weeks.

When your order ships, you will receive an email update. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully for damage. Try on your merchandise indoors to ensure it fits properly, taking care not to tear or scuff the product.
If receive a defective product you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

* Note: Applicable sales tax will be charged for all orders shipping within CA.

 

Custom Made Orders

Please inquire about custom made orders (necklaces lengths, materials etc,) Timing and pricing will vary. Custom made orders can be cancelled only 48 hours of being placed. Customs made orders are non-returnable.
14 karat gold field pieces or products can also be available in 14 karat gold by special request. Allow us two weeks to process your order.

Shipping

US ORDERS:

  • Orders shipped USPS Priority or standard ground.
$12-18 Depending On Weight
  • When USPS is used, we can ship to a P.O. Box address. We are not responsible however for packages not received at P.O Boxes.
  • Deliveries are drop off and do include a signature unless specified.
  • Please make sure to provide an appropriate address for package deliveries.

  • USPS will email a tracking number once order begins shipping.

* Note: Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

 

Returns and Exchange

We will gladly accept Returns or Exchanges on unused and non-sale items within 10 days of when the jewelry is received. All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, be unworn and unaltered.

Jewelry returned after 10 days is subject to store credit only.

Gabriela Artigas & Company is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry and will not accept Returns or Exchanges for any items damaged by mistreatment, exposure to water, sweat, fragrance, cosmetic and/or beauty products.

All Sale, specially Discounted items or items purchased with a Discount coupon code are final. This does not apply to items purchased with a Free Shipping coupon code.  

 

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Exchanges will be re-shipped to customers via USPS free of charge.

Please allow 7 business days to process your request. Banks will take 2-3 business days to post the refunded amount to your account.

Gabriela Artigas & Company reserves the right to refuse returned goods.

If you are in Los Angeles, Returns or Exchanges can be done in the store between 12-6pm Monday-Friday.

 

 

Process for Returns or Exchanges

1. Email [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number. Returns must be accompanied with a RA# or we will not be able to process the return or exchange.

2. Please fill out the Return Authorization Form that came with your order. Or you can find it here: Return Authorization Form

3. Returns must be packed securely and include the Return Authorization Form. 

4. When shipping returns we recommend that you use a traceable service and that you insure your package for the full amount of the item. We will not be responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or mishandled by your shipping provider.

Note - items purchased through other retail stores are neither non-returnable nor refundable to Gabriela Artigas. Please contact the store that you purchased your item at for their return policy.

 

 

International Orders

  • Orders are billed in US dollars.
- Orders are shipped USPS express international, and a tracking number is issued.
  • Orders can be shipped UPS international, and a tracking number is issued.
  • Shipments are delivered 4-14 business days after packages are processed at UPS office.
  • Duties and taxes are not included in MHT shipping charge.

 

Product Care

All of the Gabriela Artigas necklaces because of their weight and composing materials have to always lay flat.

Gabriela Artigas jewelry is made from very resistant materials but the unique stones and natural pieces used are very fragile and delicate , so they have to be handled with care.

All of the pieces come with a pouch for their own protection.

Most Gabriela Artigas pieces can be simply cleaned with a damp cloth. Metals such as gold, silver, alloys, copper, and brass should be cleaned using products particular to the corresponding metal.

Gabriela Artigas is not responsible for natural discoloration in materials or damage due to improper care. The materials we use have particular irregularities, differences and discolorations. These characteristics should be embraced as natural and part of the product.

Gabriela Artigas jewelry is produced with a conscious and respectful outlook toward the environment and the people that produce them.

Repair Policy

Due to the delicate nature of Gabriela Artigas jewelry, damage may occur during the lifetime of the piece.We are happy to repair your jewelry free of charge when damage occurs during the normal wear. Some items may incur a repair fee when a stone or material is broken or if the purchase of your jewelry was more than a year ago.
