RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

We accept returns and exchanges on:

  • Unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging
  • Items returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Full-price items only (sale, discounted, and coupon-purchased items are final sale)

After 7 days, we can only offer store credit. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Log into your customer portal for self-service, or email us at hello@gabrielaartigas.com to request a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are re-shipped to you free of charge.
  • We recommend using a traceable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please pack items securely and include a copy of your original invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

  • Items damaged by wear, water, sweat, fragrance, or beauty products
  • Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces
  • Items returned without prior authorization

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at hello@gabrielaartigas.com and we'll make it right.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to exchange a piece is to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once it's approved.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post it.

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, reach out at hello@gabrielaartigas.com.

HOLIDAY POLICY

During the holiday season, we accept exchanges and store credit only on gift purchases. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must not be on sale.

EU CUSTOMERS

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
